Garlic Ginger Bok Choy

Try this simple veggie side-dish starring bok choy! We tested it with regular bok choy and baby bok choy -- either one works well. The stir fry sauce with fresh garlic and ginger makes it super special.

Method

Add coconut oil to a medium fry pan. Saute garlic and ginger. Add bok choy and saute. Add soy sauce to the pan and stir. Add crushed red pepper and sesame seeds, and you are ready to serve!
