This virtual interactive 4 Class Series is designed to cover parenting strategies for raising healthy, happy eaters! Classes will be taught by the Dr. Yum Project team, including cooking instructor Wendy Cannon and dietitian Sarah Moran.
Some topics covered will be Breakfast Ideas, Lunch Packing and Healthy Snacks, Meal Planning and using our Meal-o-Matic to customize recipes, Grocery Shopping and Food Label Reading, and Strategies to address Picky Eating. In addition to helpful information from the Dr. Yum Project team, there will be opportunities to connect with other attendees and an interactive Q&A.
Each week, you’ll receive recommended recipes, resources, and activities to try with your family. This will enable you to share the information you learn with your immediate and extended family, as well as your child’s teachers, and other care givers.
The Zoom link will remain the same for each week, and we will email you reminders each Monday prior to the class.
