Five Pots and Pans We Can Not Live Without

While you may have MANY different pots and pans, there are probably a few that are your "go to" for everyday cooking. These are some of our favorite pots and pans here at the Dr. Yum Project.

A large 6-8 quart Dutch Oven is great for making and serving big meals like soups, steps and large batches of pasta.
Cast iron skillet
You can cook, fry, sautée pretty much anything in a well-seasoned cast iron skillet. Plus it will last forever!
A big wok is so helpful when making large stir fries! The large size means you can even incorporate noodles or rice at the end to make a one pot meal!
A saucepan is helpful for small batches of soups, oatmeal, pasta, etc.
A small skillet is helpful in making one or two eggs or warming a single serving of food.
